Ben Kaltenbaek is a hands-on AI agents practitioner and practical workshop teacher. He has worked with researchers from LIRIS-CNRS, led Content Engineering at Amo, and applied AI across product, marketing, operations, and customer support. In this workshop, he teaches the full-funnel growth engine from first-hand implementation work: setting up agents, building repeatable content systems, wiring outreach, and creating loops that keep improving after the day.

It's a hands-on workshop, not a lecture-style AI agent course. As a day of practical AI training in London, you'll build a working growth engine on your own business rather than just learn about agents in theory. No prior experience with Claude Code or Codex is needed.

It will help if you already have access to one of them before the workshop. If you are not fully set up yet, part of the day will cover getting started properly.
Both can attend. Solopreneurs, growth marketers, GTM engineers, and operators all fit. You do not need to be an expert developer, but you should be comfortable trying tools, writing prompts, and applying examples to your own growth work.
